Watch Last Year’s MCC Kickoff

On October 3, 2022, we celebrated the launch of the 2022 Maryland Charity Campaign (MCC) with a virtual kickoff. Campaign leaders discussed what’s new for this year’s Campaign, provided details about our prize drawings, debuted our new Campaign video, and most importantly, explained why and how the MCC helps you help others. Thank you to everyone who joined us on Google Meet. For those that couldn’t join us, this is the recording of the kickoff.

Thanks to the collective generosity of 6,400 State employees and retirees, we raised $2,050,426 for participating charities through last year’s Campaign and those charities are making an impact with those funds right now in communities throughout Maryland, across the country, and around the world. Are you ready to help us keep the momentum going and show that we are Mountain to Shore – Maryland Strong?

Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, we are excited to share more prizes with you throughout the 2022 MCC.

As a reminder, each person who donates is automatically entered into our weekly prize drawings. You remain eligible until either you win or the Campaign ends – on December 31! Every single week of #MCCMatters, we’re randomly choosing 1-5 PRIZE WINNERS! To be eligible, just give any amount to any cause you love.

Click here each week to see a list of prize winners and click here to view a list of prizes being given away throughout the campaign, along with Terms and Conditions.

If you’ve already contributed through the MCC, Thank You! Thank you! If not, please give today.

About the Maryland Charity Campaign

The MCC is more than a charitable giving campaign – it’s the collective effort of thousands of individuals who give back and inspire hope in communities near and far. In our 2022 Campaign video, you’ll hear from this year’s campaign leadership about why the MCC is important, discover details about the causes you supported, and learn how your donations and pledges sustain their important endeavors.

We are immensely grateful to the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services for creating our Campaign video!
